We are now looking for a Business Sales Representative for a socially important operation - a role that suits you who have worked with telemarketing, outbound or new customer acquisition and who want to further develop within sales. Here you will work with clear goals, bonuses, and sales that make a difference, while taking the step from pure telemarketing to more long-term customer relationships.

In the role of Business Sales Representative, you are often the first contact with the customer. You work systematically to understand the customer's needs through dialogue, mapping, and inventory - very similar to how you have already worked with needs analysis over the phone.

Based on this, you will:

• Present improvement proposals and solutions

• Work with follow-up and business development

• Introduce service and maintenance agreements that create long-term customer value

The role is clearly goal-oriented and suits you who are triggered by sales, follow-up, and bonuses, but who also want to build more long-term business over time.

• Has worked with telemarketing, inside sales, appointment booking, or outbound sales

• Is used to clear goals, follow-up, and bonuses/commissions

• Is driven, competitive, and enjoys contacting new customers

• Communicates fluently in Swedish (English is a plus)

• Wants to develop and take the next step in their sales career

• Sales to companies (B2B)

• Experience in campaign sales or offers

• Familiarity with following up results and working towards KPIs

• Hungry, goal-oriented, and self-driven

• Relationship-building and communicative

• Solution-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
