SoMe Specialist with Overall Responsibility

At Mild, we are now looking for a SoMe specialist who wants to own and develop our clients' presence in social media. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys the combination of strategy, paid, and hands-on production – and who understands how social media contributes to growth, brand, and business.

The Role in Brief

This is not a role with a narrow focus. We are looking for someone who wants to:

- Take clear overall responsibility for clients' social channels.

- Work with both paid social and organic content.

- Come up with, create, and optimize content independently.

- Understand how social media interacts with other digital marketing.

- Be advisory, proactive, and close to the client.

This is What You Will Do

Social Media – The Whole

- Be responsible for several clients' social channels, from strategy to publishing.

- Develop SoMe strategies, content plans, and tactics.

- Be the client's natural contact for questions related to social media.

Content & Organic

Generate ideas, formats, and angles that work in the feed.

Create and edit content yourself – primarily photos and videos adapted for mobile.

Work with pace, storytelling, hooks, and format choices.

Publish, schedule, and optimize content continuously.

Paid Social (and a bit more)

- Work hands-on with paid social (e.g., Meta Ads and TikTok Ads).

- Test, analyze, optimize, and scale what works.

- Understand the interplay between creative material and advertising.

- A big plus if you also have experience with SEM / Google Ads and want to work cross-channel.

Analysis & Development

- Follow up on results and draw insights that move the work forward.

- Think in terms of target groups, behaviors, and communities – not just reach.

- Contribute to developing our offerings and working methods within SoMe.

We Believe You Bring

- Experience working with social media in a professional context, preferably from an agency.

- Strong understanding of paid social and how content drives effect.

- Ability and willingness to create content yourself – idea, production, and editing.

- Familiarity with relevant tools for editing, publishing, and advertising.

- Good sense for photos, videos, copy, pace, and storytelling.

- Understanding of how social media connects to business goals and growth.

- A structured working method combined with creative height.

- Curiosity about new formats, trends, tools, and AI.

- A valid driver's license (B).

Extra Plus If You Also:

- Have experience with SEM / Google Ads.

- Have had client responsibility or worked closely with clients before.
