As an economist at Riksbyggen, you will work in a consulting role with many customer contacts.

You will work closely with our technical managers and other delivery units to ensure that together you can provide long-term quality management services that create added value for our customers.

With us, you make a difference

You will be the economist for several of our clients, primarily consisting of condominium associations but also commercial property owners and municipalities. You will be the contact person for boards, condominium members, suppliers, authorities, and others regarding financial issues.

Your work will include identifying new needs and developing long-term cooperation with the customer. For our clients, you will be responsible for:

• The ongoing bookkeeping for several condominium and community associations
• Preparing and presenting budgets and financial statements at the associations' board meetings
• Financial follow-up of operations
• Loan procurement and assisting with financial planning
• Developing cooperation with customers by understanding their needs and offering smart solutions
• Being the customer's natural contact person for financial matters

You contribute with your expertise and engagement

We are looking for an economist with a relevant university degree and experience in financial management and customer contact. You have good knowledge of financial systems and learn new systems quickly. We see that you have solid experience in condominium accounting, financial property management, association economics, and knowledge of association law. You can work independently as well as in a team and are flexible enough to handle multiple issues simultaneously. We also appreciate that you enjoy contributing to the development of existing work routines and bring innovative ideas.

As a person, you are both analytical and meticulous with the ability to act in a more advisory role. Furthermore, it is important that you can take a broader perspective and work towards long-term sustainable strategies for the customer's financial interests. This is done in close collaboration with the customer and other colleagues. Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey both simple and more complex financial issues in a clear and straightforward manner.

We would like you to have worked with different aspects of finance and have at least three years of experience in accounting. Experience working with condominium associations and/or accounting under the K3 regulations is an advantage.

A valid driver's license is required as the position may involve travel to and from our customers within the market area.
