LifeWise AB is entering an exciting period of growth. We are now looking for a senior organizational consultant who wants to combine qualified consulting work with strategic business responsibility.

In this role, you have a clear mission to contribute to the development of LifeWise's consulting business, where success means building long-term customer relationships, contributing to business growth, and further developing our offerings in the area of organizational and work environment.

You report to and work closely with the CEO and are part of the company's management team. The role suits you if you have worked with consulting services for several years and are comfortable combining advisory consulting work with customer and business responsibility.

As a Senior Organizational Consultant with customer and business responsibility, you have a shared role:

• You are responsible for relationships with new and existing customers, primarily in the public sector, and act as an advisory partner to them.
• You proactively work on selling LifeWise consulting services and respond to strategic procurements together with the CEO.
• You conduct assignment dialogues for certain types of services and match the customer's needs with suitable consultants from the organization.
• You are part of the LifeWise management team together with the operations manager for Wise Living and the CEO, where you contribute to the development of the consulting services business area.

Business and customer responsibility accounts for about 60% of the roleConsulting Assignments

• You independently carry out consulting assignments in areas such as supervision, coaching, training, and organizational and leadership development. The assignments you carry out can largely be guided by interest and competence. The assignments involve group and leadership issues, organizational investigations, conflict management, and change work.

The time spent on consulting assignments is estimated to be about 40% of the position.Requirements Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant academic education, preferably in behavioral sciences, such as psychology or social work
• Experience in selling consulting services, preferably with customer responsibility or a business development role such as KAM
• Several years of experience in independently conducting evidence-based consulting assignments within work psychological services, preferably at a senior level

• Experience with public procurements
• Experience working with private companies and an established network in the region
• Experience with assignments in academia or the public sector
• Competence in investigations of organizational and social work environment, harassment, conflicts, etc.
• Relevant certifications and training in the field, such as OBM, Team Pro, Lead Forward, GDQ, UGL/UL, Fact-finding methodology, Conflict management, and similar.

The position is 100% and based in Malmö and Lund. Travel, primarily within Skåne, is included in the position. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible.
