Our administration includes elderly care as well as services for people with disabilities (LSS).

We are looking for two resource planners:

  • A permanent position focused on home care.
  • A temporary position, with the possibility of extension, located within special housing.

Both roles are important support to the operations and involve close collaboration with managers, employees, and other functions, focusing on planning, staffing, and creating good conditions for a well-functioning everyday life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resource planner, you work on behalf of the unit manager and are a key person in planning and staffing. Your task is to ensure that the right intervention is performed by the right person, at the right time, based on the needs of the operation and the customer.

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Ensuring correct customer planning based on assistance decisions and individual needs
  • Revising customer schedules in response to changing conditions or new interventions
  • Coordinating and planning customer interventions in close dialogue with managers and workgroups
  • Working in the system Mina Planer, including updating and closing time-limited interventions
  • Building, adapting, and following up basic schedules as well as planning and scheduling staff in operations with round-the-clock and weekend staffing
  • Working with both long-term resource planning and quick solutions for acute staffing needs
  • Transforming co-planning shifts into working shifts and ensuring effective use of resources in case of overcapacity
  • Ensuring correct registration of absence, overtime, and additional hours, and following up deviations between planned and actual working hours
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, agreements, and guidelines, such as the Working Hours Act with daily and weekly rest
  • Participating in follow-up and development work and collaborating with other resource planners
  • Planning and following up on the introduction for new employees and APL students
  • The role involves many points of contact and requires good communication skills, prioritization, and the ability to maintain a holistic perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education
  • Relevant work experience in an administrative or coordinating role, such as managerial support, coordinator, planner, or staffing responsible
  • Experience in scheduling and planning in operations with round-the-clock staffing
  • Good knowledge of the Working Hours Act, especially rules regarding daily and weekly rest
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in administrative work within care and support
  • Experience with systems such as Time Care, LifeCare, or Visma/Personec P
  • B driver's license
