Do you want to be part of a stimulating and developing workplace that strives for job satisfaction, good community, and values competence development? Then we may have the position for you! We are now looking forward to welcoming you who are interested in working with us at the medical reception!
Hässleholm Hospital has three areas of operation (VO), VO medicine, VO rehabilitation, and VO orthopedics. VO medicine includes the medical reception, medical department, neurology and rehabilitation department, and acute medical department. We also have a close collaboration with the emergency department, which belongs to the Management of Close Care and Health. The medical reception includes several clinics and covers diseases related to the heart, stroke, allergies, diabetes, hematology, and neurology.
Here at the medical reception, we have about 40 employees, including nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, and administrators, as well as biomedical analysts. We have a close collaboration with the doctors to create the best conditions for good, close, and patient-safe care for our residents. It feels nice to work in a small hospital with shorter paths to both patients and colleagues, thus also having more influence in the operations, says Jenny Dencker, medical secretary.
Competence development is important to us, and we are open to trying new ways of working to provide our patients with the best possible care. We highly value the working environment for our staff and work towards individual solutions to create a position that suits both the employee and the organization. We see it as a given that every employee is involved in processes, and we constantly strive to follow the RAK model (right use of competence) to keep up with the development towards the Future Reception.
