About the position
In this role, you will have overall technical responsibility for the cleanroom's technical systems and supply, focusing on specialty gases, gas monitoring, and BMS systems. You will work towards high operational reliability and further development of both the landlord's technical deliveries and some of your own systems.
The role is both operational and project-oriented. You will be responsible for physical security, renovations, and technical investigations related to cleanrooms and properties. Here, long-term system ownership is combined with practical work close to the facility and daily operations.
About the role
You will ensure that the technical systems are safe, stable, and develop over time. The work is carried out in close collaboration with internal functions and external suppliers.
Examples of tasks
Technical responsibility for the cleanroom's technical systems and supply focusing on specialty gases
Work with gas monitoring and BMS
Drive projects in the facility from planning to commissioning and handover
Responsibility for physical security, renovations, and technical investigations
Coordination of contractors and suppliers
Requirements
Practical competence in specialty gases and/or gas distribution
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
At least five years of experience in a relevant role within the industry
Experience with monitoring and alarm systems such as GMS, SCADA, BMS, or similar
Documented experience in driving projects in an active facility
Ability to work both strategically and operationally
Swedish and English in spoken and written form
Meritorious
Experience with physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms
Knowledge of cleanroom work and cleanroom standards
Understanding of automation PLC and integration between IT and OT systems
Experience with procurement, contracts, and supplier management
Knowledge of project methodology
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit, as well as working with model-based documentation
Personal qualities
Confident, structured, and safety-conscious
Communicative and experienced in driving cross-functional issues
Strong in prioritization and enjoys many parallel tasks
Thrives in an environment with increasing demands for documentation and order
