Join us as a Senior Project Manager and take the driver’s seat in delivering innovative digital and automation solutions that transform the way buildings operate. This role can be based anywhere in the Nordics and requires regular travel to Helsinki, Finland.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead large-scale building automation and data center projects across multiple sites—from early engagement through full execution. You’ll build solid project structures, secure alignment with key objectives, and ensure every phase moves with purpose, precision, and momentum.

You’ll bring together the right people, tools, and processes to create a clear path to success. From design and procurement to partner management, risk analysis, and timeline planning, you’ll coordinate all workstreams to keep the project on track and the team fully aligned.

You will also work closely with project-specific Project Managers, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines and geographies. Together, you’ll assemble strong teams and guarantee that every stakeholder is equipped to contribute at the highest level.

During the development phase, you’ll shape the foundation of the project by breaking down its objectives and turning them into actionable plans. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, assemble a strong project team, and ensure everyone is equipped to contribute at the highest level. With your strategic mindset, you’ll identify risks early, turn opportunities into advantages, and build timelines that set the pace for effective and efficient delivery.

When execution begins, you’ll lead with confidence—driving project excellence, monitoring milestones, budget, and progress, and proactively removing obstacles. Throughout the journey, you’ll keep stakeholders engaged with clear communication, actionable insights, and transparent reporting.

What You Bring

• Several years’ experience leading large, complex projects across varied scopes and environments.
• Proven leadership of multicultural, multidisciplinary teams of eight or more.
• Strong ability to connect project delivery with broader business strategy and long-term objectives.
• Experience managing international or distributed projects with smooth cross-border collaboration.
• Advanced capability in risk identification, mitigation, and opportunity realization.
• Solid financial acumen, covering budgeting, controlling, and outcome optimization.
• Expertise in contract management, negotiations, and handling claims or change orders.
• Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies, digital delivery tools, and ideally, experience in data-center project environments.
• Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong plus.
