About the position

As an automation technician, you will play a central role in the company's assignments and work with development, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation solutions. You will participate in the entire project chain – from feasibility studies and technical design to commissioning and optimization of facilities.

The work includes PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, testing, documentation, as well as service and further development of existing systems. You will collaborate closely with project managers, electrical designers, and clients, and have an important role in ensuring reliable and future-proof solutions.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in industrial automation or a related technical field. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, ABB, or similar).
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and service.
• Technical education at the high school, YH, or university level, or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of electricity, control, and regulation technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• A structured approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
