Your tasks

• Lead, plan, and follow up on projects within contracting and service, from start to finish
• Resource and coordinate a team of electricians (7–10 people)
• Financial responsibility and follow-up in your projects
• Work environment responsibility through delegation
• Customer contact and upselling in existing and new relationships
• Support and collaborate with colleagues within the team and with the service coordinator.
• Cost estimation and bidding work

You will work closely with other project managers, the service coordinator, and the unit manager in an environment where responsibility and freedom go hand in hand.

Good to know

The position is located in Haninge, with a strong local team. You will be part of 17 employees, where decision-making paths are short and the culture is unpretentious. The position is full-time with a company car, wellness allowance, and collective agreement. Travel may occur in the local area.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an electrical background and experience in leading and driving projects.
• Is used to working independently, prioritizing, and making decisions.
• Has a good understanding of project economics, cost estimation, and contract law (AB/ABT)
• Enjoys customer dialogues and has an eye for business.
• Is confident, communicative, and has a solution-oriented attitude.
• Has a B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
