As a substitute in preschool through Humly, you get to control your own time while being an important adult in children's lives. We are looking for someone to work in the Stockholm region during the spring term.

About the position

Through Humly, you will substitute in preschools within the Stockholm region. You choose when, where, and how much you want to work – directly in our app. We have assignments ranging from a few hours to full-time substitutes. You work at least 2 assignments per month, but for those who want to work more, there are good opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children
• Good knowledge of Swedish – approved in Swedish as a second language 3 (SVA3)
• Living in the Stockholm region.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is secure, reliable, and has a warm commitment to children's development
• Has a good ability to lead groups of children and create structure
• Communicates clearly and collaborates professionally with colleagues
• Is punctual and responsible in your role

Meritorious:

• Education in childcare or pedagogy

Working hours:

• Weekday shifts, usually between 07:00–17:00

Compensation:

• We apply individual salary setting based on previous experience and education, the range is 115–140 SEK/hour + vacation pay
