About the role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are an ambassador, inspirer, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them long to return.

You should feel confident taking the stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the Senior concept – we cover that!

• A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest

• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy of fitness

We are looking for someone who can:

• Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week

• Be available in the mornings, between 10:00-11:00

You don’t need to be a trained instructor already – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general

• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others

• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude

• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
