Resource Educator – Trafique Sweden Nässjö

Trafique Sweden Nässjö is part of the VFG group. VFG is a growing educational company with approximately 100 employees, a turnover of 120 million SEK, and operations in four locations: Växjö, Jönköping, Karlshamn, and Skövde. Our goal now is to establish operations in Nässjö as well.

We train the future professional drivers, machine operators, and automotive technicians – contributing every day to strengthening the skills supply in essential industries.

We are now looking for an engaged resource educator who wants to support our participants, in collaboration with the Employment Agency, on their way to obtaining a heavy bus license.

About the role

As a resource educator at Trafique Sweden Nässjö, your main task will be to help participants with the theory related to training for heavy bus licenses. You will work closely with the course participants, follow their development, and provide individual support so they can achieve their goals.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting and motivating participants in their theoretical studies.

• Adapting support according to individual needs and conditions.

• Collaborating with educators and other staff to create the best possible learning environment.

• Following up on participants' development and progress.

• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging educational environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in educational work or a similar role.
• 
  
• Is attentive, patient, and has the ability to build good relationships.
• 
  
• Has an interest in or knowledge of the transport industry.
• 
  
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys supporting people in their development.
• 
  
• Can communicate clearly and pedagogically.
• 
  
• Has a Category B driving license (requirement).

Experience from adult education or working with participants through the Employment Agency is an advantage.

Placement and scope

The position is a full-time position based in Nässjö. A Category B driving license is a requirement. The position may be filled continuously, so do not wait to apply.

Please note that a criminal record check will be requested before any employment. A 6-month probationary period applies.
