We are now looking for an additional colleague for our customer service department in the role of 2nd line support technician. Our customer service consists of a wonderful team divided into 1st and 2nd line.

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, cheerful, and responsible. You are a team player who enjoys problem-solving and learning new things.

Your profile

To thrive with us, you need to be comfortable working independently with freedom under your own responsibility, be driven, and have very good computer skills. Furthermore, you should be experienced and enjoy providing phone support and be good at understanding and communicating with different types of people.

The position requires that you can handle a daily routine with various exciting and developing tasks and that you enjoy quickly switching between these tasks.

Experience requirements:

• Work experience in technical support or similar

• Basic knowledge of networking and communication

• Technical competence and interest

• Phone experience

It is advantageous to have knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

  • Configuration of routers and switches
  • Configuration of WiFi networks (UniFi, mesh, etc.)
  • Configuration of email accounts
  • IP telephony and Dect systems
  • Switchboard telephony
  • TCP/IP
  • DNS

Main job responsibilities:

  • Phone support
  • Troubleshooting broadband, IP telephony, WiFi, and email
  • Configuration of hardware (routers, etc.)
  • Various administrative tasks of a more technical nature

You will work with cases of varying difficulty. Your task is to figure out what causes the problems and resolve them.

About the employment:

Start: as soon as possible by agreement

Scope: full-time 100% (7h workday)

Location: Västerås

Working hours: 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00
