Project Manager with Technical Background at Akkodis!

About the Role:

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to lead development projects, streamline processes, and create value for some of Sweden's most interesting companies. You will play a central role in driving projects forward, from planning to delivery, and work closely with both technical specialists and business representatives. Responsibilities:

• Project management from start to finish with responsibility for time, budget, and quality
• Monitoring project goals and deliveries according to the client's specifications
• Leading cross-functional teams within technology, production, purchasing, or IT
• Risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder dialogue
• Coordinating technical changes and updates
• Reporting to steering groups and other stakeholders
• Contributing to continuous improvements of project methodology and workflows

Qualifications:

• Technical university education, preferably in areas such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial economics, or similar
• Experience in project management within technical environments, both operationally and strategically
• Knowledge of project methodologies such as PMI, IPMA, Agile, or similar
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Certification in project management (meritorious but not required)
• Driving license B is meritorious
