ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for extensive delivery projects where existing products are integrated into complete system solutions. The projects are technically complex, international, and span several years.

You will lead the projects from early phases to final delivery and have overall responsibility for time, cost, quality, and results. The role involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external parties, including suppliers, system partners, and customers.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead large delivery projects from design to production and final delivery
• Ensure project goals regarding time, budget, and quality
• Coordinate many stakeholders in a technically complex environment
• Work with extensive technical documentation
• Manage projects with budgets ranging from approximately 100 million SEK to billion-level
• Drive multi-year projects

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: 

We are primarily looking for senior project managers with experience in driving larger and more complex projects.

• Academic education, for example in engineering or industrial economics
• Several years of experience in project management in larger, complex projects
• Experience with customer and supplier projects
• Familiarity with working in technically demanding environments
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience from industrial or technology-intensive businesses
• Ability to combine structured approaches and established processes with a pragmatic attitude in fast-paced environments
• Experience in adapting leadership and methodology according to project conditions
