We are currently seeking senior systems engineers for long-term assignments with our client in Arboga, in a technically advanced environment where complex systems, high demands, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. Here, you will work closely with development, testing, and operations in projects that require high technical judgment and a holistic view.

As a systems engineer, you will work with requirements, architecture, technical solutions, and system integration in areas such as:

• Radio
• Network
• SatCom
• Testing and verification

The role can be tailored to your area of expertise. Common combinations are radio/network or radio/SatCom, while testing and verification often have their own focus area. You will be an important technical reference in the team and actively participate in technical discussions and decisions.

There is some flexibility in the role, but it is primarily site-based.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A degree from a college or university in IT, radio, systems, or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a systems engineer in complex technical environments
• Confidence in working with system issues from requirements to verification
• Good understanding of radio and/or network systems
• Experience with technical responsibility and collaboration across multiple disciplines
• Experience from, for example, defense industry, government, telecommunications, or other advanced industrial environments
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Swedish citizenship

For those with very high seniority and systems engineering competence, there may be an opportunity to step into a role as Systems Engineering Lead, where you take greater responsibility for technical choices and system integrity.
