Junior Software Developer

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join one of our development teams within R&D in Västerås. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work through the entire software development chain.

You will be part of a team responsible for several products and working with modern technologies and established development processes. This role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop in a technically advanced environment with the possibility of continued employment with the client after 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of software development: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and delivery
• Work on the further development and maintenance of existing products
• Collaborate closely with team members and other functions within the organization
• Contribute to technical solutions based on established methods and tools
• Provide support for customer issues and troubleshooting as needed

Technologies and Tools

The team works with several tools, including:

• Java
• C#
• C++
• React
• Angular
• Gradle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or equivalent
• 1–5 years of experience in software development (internship, thesis work, or employment)
• Basic knowledge of one or more of the above programming languages/frameworks
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a team
• Ability to work systematically and follow established processes
