About the position

In your role as Service Area Manager for Platform, you will work broadly to strive for secure, robust, and purposeful services. You will lead service managers and IT specialists within the service area and ensure that activities and deliveries are carried out according to plan.

You will engage in dialogue with the organization and external suppliers to ensure that the service area meets existing and future needs.

You will collaborate with other service area managers and ensure that there are current management plans and that the budget is prepared and followed up within the service area.

The position is located in Arboga, with domestic travel occurring as a natural part of the job.

About you

We are looking for someone with a vocational college education or a university degree focused on Platform (Operations and Infrastructure) or equivalent competence acquired in another way that FMV assesses as comparable and valuable for the position. You also have a couple of years of current experience in daily operations and design of IT infrastructure, focusing on Platform, as well as at least two years of current experience in a leadership role. You have knowledge of commonly used platform products in the market and have a good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with ITIL and management governance. We also view positively if you have previously worked in security-sensitive operations.
