JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Consultant at Done IT Consulting, you will play a key role in delivering robust solutions to their customers. Your main tasks will be tailored to your senior competence and may include:

Operations and Management: Ensure stable and secure operations of the customer's IT environment, primarily within the Microsoft environment
Network Solutions: Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in modern IT environments
Generalist Tasks: Broad support and technical assistance, where you act as an expert resource with the ability to quickly understand new problem areas
Great Personal Responsibility: You will have significant opportunities to take your own initiatives and drive complex tasks forward independently

The work is performed 100% on-site at their customer in Arboga, with regular office hours (8 AM to 5 PM, some flexibility available).

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Are a senior IT profile - likely with 5-10 years of experience in relevant areas (Operations Technician, Network Specialist, IT Technician, or Generalist) and who is a self-driven expert capable of tackling complex tasks and ensuring they are completed.
Have education in networking and technology or equivalent knowledge acquired in the workplace
Speak and write fluently in Swedish

It is meritorious if you have:

Experience with the Microsoft environment (Operations)
Experience working with network equipment from suppliers such as Cisco or Palo Alto
Experience in network security
Experience working in security-sensitive operations
