About the role

In this position, you will work with PC and application support in a production environment, where you will:

• Work with change management and integrations
• Perform troubleshooting and coordinate incidents
• Possibly take application responsibility
• Collaborate with production technicians, system suppliers, and internal teams
• Contribute in a mission-critical IT environment where operational reliability is crucial

Qualifications

We prefer that you have:

• Experience or strong interest in IT infrastructure and applications in a production environment
• The ability to troubleshoot IT systems in a structured way
• Experience in managing contacts at various levels within an organization
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with Intune and Entra
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic Linux, networking, server management, and SQL
• Experience in documentation and creating instructions
• Experience with ticket management systems, preferably ServiceNow
• Experience with Windows Server
• Understanding of software development processes and knowledge in one or more programming languages
• Experience working according to the ITIL framework

A typical workday may include:

• Handling incidents within responsible applications and infrastructure
• Improvement work regarding processes, documentation, and monitoring
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis of recurring issues
• Dialogue with production technicians and suppliers regarding improvement measures
• Implementation of changes in systems and services
• Updating application and tool registers

Scope & assignment period

The position is full-time. The preliminary assignment period is 3-4 months, with a very good chance of extension for the right person based on needs and performance.
