Your Role

As a Configuration Manager, you will manage and lead the configuration control for our systems/products. You will be part of customer projects where you work closely with project managers and system owners responsible for change management for systems and products.

You will also be part of a configuration management team and lead change forums to ensure that the product/system structures are decided and managed through revisions.

Your main tasks:

• Plan and implement the configuration management process and ensure compliance
• Lead the Configuration Change Board (CCB)
• Document baselines at project decision points
• Report configuration status for product information
• Act as a contact person, internally and externally, for configuration issues
• Participate in the development of the company's configuration management process

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked as a configuration manager or similar for several years and feels comfortable with the responsibility. Furthermore, you have a genuine interest in both people and technology, while being solution-oriented. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven, proactive, meticulous yet flexible. We believe you thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and lead. You have a structured approach and the ability to handle and analyze large amounts of product information and present a comprehensive picture from it.

Since the role involves many stakeholders and collaboration with others, you need good communication and collaboration skills. This role is important to ensure that products are delivered with high quality and in accordance with the company's standards and customer requirements. You are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and achieve set goals.

Qualifications for the position:

• Several years of experience from the above-mentioned tasks
• Technical education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in system development
• Experience in configuration management for complex systems
• Experience in managing structured information in Product Data Management programs
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
