We are looking for an engaged accounting assistant for a part-time job with our client in beautiful offices in central Uppsala. This position is perfect for you who want to work flexibly alongside your studies and gain valuable experience in accounting and financial administration. The assignment is temporary with the possibility of extension depending on the needs of the business.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant by Jurek Talents. The scope of the assignment is part-time, a few hours a week as needed, and is expected to last during the spring starting at the end of February. We warmly welcome your application today!

In the role of accounting assistant, you will support the finance department with ongoing bookkeeping and administrative tasks. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring correct processes and deliveries.

• Bookkeeping of supplier and customer invoices

• Matching and reconciliation of accounts

• Registration in financial systems and handling of vouchers

We are looking for someone who is a finance student at the university level and is looking for a part-time job a few hours a week alongside your studies. To succeed in the role, we see that you have some practical experience in bookkeeping and have worked in some financial system.

• Studying finance or equivalent is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Experience in bookkeeping, preferably from similar part-time jobs or positions

• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in financial systems

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible

• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Flexible working hours that can be adapted to your studies

The position is part-time with placement in Uppsala. The work takes place on-site at our client's office. Desired start is at the end of February and will continue during the spring by agreement.
