We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for our clients in Karlstad.

The position is a needs-based employment with great opportunities for scheduled work during the summer.

Who are our clients?

Our clients have different functional variations and thus different needs for care and support in their daily lives. This could be a child/youth in a wheelchair who needs support both at school and during leisure activities, from finding fun activities to transfers and medical care. It could be a person with autism who needs structured and pedagogical guidance for a functioning everyday life, or an elderly lady who needs help with evening routines, cooking dinner, feeding the cat, and nighttime supervision.

Everyone is different and has different needs.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to work with people in need of extra support in various ways. You are committed, attentive, and flexible in the face of challenges that may arise during a shift.

Experience in personal assistance or other care work is an advantage, but the most important thing is the chemistry with the client.

About the job:

Working as a substitute with our clients means you will be booked for work shift by shift. You will input your availability for the days and times you can work.

Working hours can vary between day, evening, and night, both weekdays and weekends.

Passal Assistans offers a rewarding and varied job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements. You will also receive good support and contact with the responsible coordinator.
