As we approach spring and summer, we need to expand our assistant group in Kil with a substitute. As a substitute, you will have a fixed schedule per month on a rolling basis and will also step in as a substitute when regular assistants are sick or on leave. This means that work is sometimes planned well in advance, but sometimes you may be called in at short notice.

We are looking for someone with experience in autism. As a person, you should be calm and secure, positive, and have a problem-solving approach. You enjoy taking responsibility and have an easy time taking your own initiatives.

Your tasks will involve supporting another person in their daily life with everything from personal hygiene, cooking, and other household chores, to planning activities and creating a meaningful leisure time. You are a very significant person for the young man receiving personal assistance, as you help make everyday life understandable and manageable. Since the personal relationship is important and takes time to build, we want you to see this work as long-term.

A driver's license is required as you may need to drive the young man's car during work, and you should not be allergic to pets, as dogs may visit occasionally.
