Do you want a varied and fun job as a personal assistant? Do you enjoy working with young people?

We are currently looking for 1 assistant for about 30 hours/week who is between 19-45 years old for our client in Hammarö (about 10 minutes by bus from Karlstad). The client is a social 15-year-old boy who loves sports, hanging out with friends, playing video games, and finding activities. In the fall, he will start high school in Karlstad, but now he is attending middle school in Hammarö. The work takes place where he is, which can be at school, home, with friends, or on trips.

You need to be responsible, social, pedagogical, enjoy spending time with people, and come up with different activities. You need to have a driver's license, no pet allergies, and be able to speak and write Swedish fluently as you will be working with school assignments.

Since heavy lifting occurs occasionally, you need to have good physical condition. It is a plus if you enjoy playing video games, such as Call of Duty.

The work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights, both weekdays and weekends. Night shifts include partially sleeping duty.

We place great importance on personal suitability and it is advantageous if you are flexible and can step in for acute sick leave that may arise. No previous experience is required.

In addition to the regular assistant, we are also looking for substitutes.

Start immediately or as soon as possible!

We will start with an interview together with the client to ensure that the personal chemistry works, as that is the most important of all, followed by an introductory period where you will familiarize yourself with all aspects until everyone feels secure and comfortable. The introduction will start in early January.
