Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. You who are applying are social, creative, and can think outside the box, and have a genuine interest in working with people.

The client is a social and intellectually active person with a great interest in role-playing games (D&D), video games, fictional writing, and various social issues. The position involves being socially active with the client, for example during conversations, cinema visits, restaurant outings, and similar activities.

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 25s living in Slottsbron
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has a B driver's license
• is tolerant of pets, a dog is present in the home
• is smoke-free

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 75%, with a chance for full-time. The position involves work during daytime, evening, or night, both weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately oraccording to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
