We are looking for two social workers for the Family Department's Network Unit

Two of our social workers are moving on to new challenges and we are therefore looking for replacements for our Network Unit. We work with families with children and young people aged 0-18. These are permanent positions to be filled. We work according to the Signs of Safety method, focusing on safety planning, cases close to placement, and network work. You will work in a team with family therapists and other social workers. We have competent colleagues with experience in family therapy, authority exercises, and safety planning. There are also case managers who provide support in daily work. We have close cooperation with the police, where two positions are aimed at social intervention groups and preventive work. Part of the work involves working with young people in the early stages of criminal activity. This position may involve work in all the areas mentioned above except for treatment work. You will lead network meetings and work on complex cases in collaboration with other professionals and families.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in authority exercises, preferably in child welfare. An extensive basic education in network work and experience with Signs of Safety are advantageous. You should be flexible, cooperative, and accustomed to working in a home environment. Knowledge of legislation, especially SoL and LVU, is valuable. Working in the Network Unit is challenging and educational, with close support from case managers, colleagues, and unit managers.
