Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 23-year-old woman living in Grums
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• is smoke-free during working hours
• is tolerant of pets

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have experience with feeding tubes
• have experience with epilepsy

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a temporary position, and the job is approximately 50%. The temporary position runs from 2025-02-10 to 2025-12-31, with the possibility of extension. The position involves work on weekdays and every other weekend. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

2025-02-10 or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
