Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and has a calm demeanor.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 68-year-old woman living in central Hagfors
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have experience using mobility aids

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 90%. The job involves work during daytime and evening hours. The working hours are scheduled in shifts, and the position requires work every other weekend.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
