We are now looking for substitutes for a wonderful young man in Säffle!

Are you a person with a positive attitude, a secure personality, and are you meticulous and structured? Then there is an opportunity for you to work as a personal assistant with us at God Assistans. We are currently looking for personal assistants for a 24-year-old young man living in central Säffle.

He has diagnoses of cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and autism. He needs support with all aspects of his daily living, including personal care, activities, training, and household chores. He enjoys being outdoors, especially on a daily walk.

He requires a clear structure and a calm environment. He communicates through sounds, and it is essential that the assistant is attentive and empathetic in their work. You will be part of a team where we have clear routines, and everyone tries to work with a similar structure. He is wheelchair-bound, and transfers are done with the help of a ceiling lift.

You who are applying should be a person who is passionate about making a difference. You should enjoy working with structure and organization. Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement. There are quite a few transfers involved in the work; there are aids available, but it is beneficial if you enjoy being physically active.

Currently, we are looking for substitutes who can work during the absence of the regular assistant. The shifts are scheduled between 12:00 - 09:00 on weekdays, and on weekends, you will work around the clock. You who are applying need to be able to work both day, night, and weekends. Some working hours during the night are waiting time.
