Description

As a curator in the Sundsvik school area, you may meet students from three different schools: Skäggebergsskolan, Gräsmarks skola, and Svensby skola.

All three schools are for grades F-6, and at Skäggebergsskolan, we also have adapted primary school. You will be part of the Sundsvik student health team and primarily collaborate closely with your fellow curator. The student health team in the Sundsvik school area consists of the principal, vice principal, two special educators, two school nurses, and special teachers.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Sundsvik student health team and contribute with psychosocial competence from a salutogenic perspective in consultations and in the student health team's preventive and health-promoting work, as well as acute interventions for both individuals and groups. Your responsibilities will also include managing absence investigations and contributing to school form investigations. Seeing the student in their context means finding out and understanding how the student is doing in their free time, in their family, and in their education. As a curator, you will be part of Sunne's curator profession group where meetings and supervision are included. You will work both with students on an individual level and also at the group level in class. Supervision of teachers and leisure staff is included, as well as collaboration with guardians. Priority areas within the Sundsvik school area are school attendance, increased goal fulfillment, as well as safety and study peace.

Qualifications

You have a degree in social work with a suitable focus and preferably experience working as a school curator.
• You should be familiar with documentation and preferably have knowledge of the school's journal system Prorenata.
• You should have an understanding of the school's mission and be able to work from a health-promoting and preventive perspective that supports students towards the school's goals.

Conditions

A valid B driver's license is required, as well as access to your own car.
