ACCOUNTING/FINANCE ASSISTANT, TEMPORARY POSITION - ALOVA FASTIGHETSTEKNIK AB, STOCKHOLM

Alova Fastighetsteknik AB needs to strengthen its finance department during 2025 with an experienced Accounting/Finance Assistant, temporary position for 1 year at 50%.

Are you an engaged and driven accountant with experience in accounting and project work? Have you worked in systems such as Visma.net and SDF? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work broadly within finance and accounting - focusing on project accounting, ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, follow-up, and system management.

- Follow-up and reporting of project costs and revenues

- Responsible for daily accounting, including reconciliations

- Management of invoicing, payments, and follow-up

- Streamlining and ongoing work/updates in Visma.net and SDF

Qualifications:

As a person, you are responsible and meticulous with a good ability to prioritize and plan your tasks. Furthermore, you have a good sense of service and a professional approach, you are communicative and master Swedish in both speech and writing. You are social, self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least two years of experience in similar tasks within finance and accounting. Experience in project accounting and understanding of its specific requirements is highly meritorious.
