Lantmäteriet is looking for a Project Communicator

Lantmäteriet is the authority that maps Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing ownership of all properties and managing their boundaries. We are now looking for someone with a strong commitment to society.

The joint governmental operational area consists of supportive and governing units that assist Lantmäteriet's other operational areas. Here, you help ensure that everyday operations run smoothly! RESPONSIBILITIES

As a project communicator, you contribute to ensuring that communication is used strategically and operationally to achieve the project's goals. This includes the condominium register and ensuring that communication aligns with other operations and Lantmäteriet's overarching goals, in an efficient and professional manner.

Together with the operations, the project communicator will identify communication needs and contribute to the project's goals, activities, and results, working closely with project management on planning and coordination to act proactively.

You will participate in both internal and external collaboration to drive target group-adapted communication.

You will be placed within the Communication operational area and be part of a team of communicators.

This is a fixed-term position lasting 11 months with a placement in Gävle.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in communication or PR, or equivalent knowledge gained through other relevant education or experience. You have experience in managing communication in larger projects and are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders as well as meeting customers professionally.

You have several years of experience in both strategic and operational communication work, as well as experience in the public sector. Furthermore, you have a good ability to translate complex messages and contexts into clear and effective communication efforts, both internally and externally.

In the role of project communicator, you also have experience in publishing in digital channels, graphic design, image management, and working with moving media.

We consider it a merit if you have experience working with plain language and accessibility.

We place great importance on personal qualities, and to succeed in this role, you should be collaborative and solution-oriented. You are driven, proactive, and have an easy time building good relationships. You are also structured, analytical, and have creative abilities.

The position involves placement in a security class. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted before employment.
