Job Responsibilities:

In this position, you are expected to staff the reception at Hagalund Health Center part-time. The remaining time consists of regular administrative work as a secretary and local system administrator. You have overall administrative responsibility for the reception as you handle incoming referrals, personnel access rights, some invoicing, and payroll administration. You contribute to the development of the operations and design and revise local routines in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Your work includes continuously reviewing access rights in various systems and updating information in patient brochures, on the website, and more.

If necessary, the work may involve writing medical records, rescheduling and canceling patients, receiving and handling incoming calls via the TeleQ phone system.

As the administration of the reception develops, the tasks can be adapted and renewed.

Qualifications:

A degree from training as a medical secretary is required. You have good computer skills and find it easy to handle new digital systems and solutions. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of medical terminology.

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a medical secretary in primary care and are familiar with working in TakeCare (medical record system), Heroma (personnel administration), and Platina (document management system).

Employment Type:

Temporary employment. Full-time 100%, part-time can possibly be discussed. Good opportunity for extension. Start date according to agreement.

As a person, you are efficient and meticulous. You are confident in your role and can independently structure your tasks according to the needs of the operations. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good working climate and a good reception of patients. You are eager to take initiative and contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.

• in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
