About the job as HR Partner

As an HR Partner with our client, a coastal municipality east of Stockholm, you will be an important support to managers in all HR-related matters. The role involves a broad responsibility where you work both strategically and operationally with HR processes. You may also participate in the management team and office collaboration group, as well as conduct training for managers.

Common tasks include:

• Support managers in HR issues and labor law matters.
• Work with collaboration according to local collaboration agreements that replace parts of the MBL.
• Contribute knowledge in work environment and rehabilitation.
• Possibly participate in the management team and office collaboration group.
• Conduct training for managers in HR-related areas.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with solid experience in HR work who thrives in a consulting role where you can contribute your expertise and create value for the organization. You have a good understanding of labor law and collaboration agreements and are confident in providing support to managers in complex issues. Experience from municipal operations and educational activities is an advantage.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in HR work within the public sector.
• Knowledge of collaboration that replaces parts of the MBL according to local collaboration agreements.
• Good knowledge of labor law and preferably General Terms and Conditions (AB).
• Knowledge in work environment and rehabilitation.
• Experience in educational activities and knowledge of the Education Act is an advantage.
