JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you do?
- Monitoring & preparedness: follow legislative changes/labor market policy and translate them into local routines, guidelines, and methods for implementing activity requirements.
- Processing & follow-up: mapping, planning, and follow-up of job support/interventions (including IUB interventions), with documentation according to applicable regulations.
- Collaboration & employer contacts: coordinate interventions with the Employment Agency, match with employers, and ensure sustainable establishment in work.
- Development & quality: contribute to the unit's method development and working methods that support the city's goals for self-sufficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with:
- Documented experience of working with labor market issues (municipal/state/non-profit sector or employer side).
- Post-secondary education at university level in behavioral science, social work, or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Good understanding of interventions aimed at self-sufficiency and local job support.
Meritorious:
- Experience from municipal or state operations.
- Experience in coordination with the Employment Agency and employer contacts.
As a person, you have excellent collaboration skills, are communicative, and are used to cooperating with several stakeholders. You have the ability to be flexible, prioritize, and drive work forward in change.
OTHER
The city applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement. A six-month probationary period may be applied.
