HR Generalist/HRBP for a Municipality in the Stockholm Area

We are now looking for someone to take on a role as HR Generalist/HRBP for our client, a municipality in the Stockholm area.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Start: February 2nd (earlier if possible)
• Duration: September 30th, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location.

There is an opportunity for some remote work.

About the Role

You will support managers in all HR-related matters, possibly participate in the management team and office collaboration group, and conduct training for managers.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• You have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the public sector.
• You have a relevant academic background in HR or personnel management, or another qualification that the client can assess as equivalent.
• You have knowledge and experience working with collaboration that replaces certain parts of MBL based on local collaboration agreements.
• You have knowledge of labor law and preferably General Regulations (municipal agreement) as well as occupational health and rehabilitation. Experience in school operations and knowledge of the Education Act is a plus.
