Sirona is in a growth phase and we are looking for new employees interested in working with issues in healthcare and life sciences in Sweden.

We are looking for someone with approximately 3-5 years of clinical experience as a nurse and who has worked with business development and/or strategic improvement work. It is an advantage if you have studied economics or equivalent in addition to your clinical education. With us, you will work with analyses of both strategic and operational issues within healthcare, conduct process and needs assessments, and perform medical audits and reviews. We also work with digitalization in healthcare. Over time, you will manage everything from project initiation to final delivery to our clients, and you will have the opportunity for rapid personal development through challenging tasks, continuous feedback, and a great deal of room for personal responsibility.

Requirements

• You are a licensed nurse and have worked clinically for 3-5 years
• It is an advantage if you have studied economics or similar in addition
• You have worked with business development/strategic improvement work
• You have high integrity and are a team player who can also work independently
• You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing in Swedish
