At Vindex, we are now looking for a junior accounting consultant for a well-established accounting firm in central Stockholm. The recruitment process is handled by Vindex, but the employment will be directly with our client.

Location: Stockholm City

About the role

In this role, you will work with the entire accounting process and be responsible for a varied client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for both financial processes and client relationships while working closely with experienced colleagues. As an accounting consultant, you will have the chance to combine operational accounting work with advisory services and contribute to the development of clients' financial processes. You will be part of a team where knowledge sharing, support, and development are in focus.

Main responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Accounts receivable management
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• VAT and income tax returns
• Preparation of annual reports according to K2
• Eventually, client responsibility and advisory on financial processes

Qualifications and personal attributes

We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and has a genuine interest in accounting. You are solution-oriented, structured, and analytical, and see challenges as an opportunity to grow. You have an academic degree in economics, for example from a university, college, or vocational training, and are relatively junior or even a recent graduate.

Additionally, you thrive in a dynamic environment, are a team player, and contribute to a positive work culture. You are business-minded and easily build good relationships both internally and externally!
