Job Information
As a pension administrator, you will work within a specialist area with responsibility for the administration of contractual occupational pensions, primarily within BTP1 and BTP2. The role is administratively heavy and requires high accuracy, structure, and understanding of regulations and processes.
Professionals Nord is seeking a pension administrator on behalf of our client. The assignment is a consulting position where you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work at our client throughout 2026. If you have any questions about the position, please contact [email protected].
Responsibilities
You will handle pension matters throughout the entire flow and maintain ongoing contact via email and phone with internal HR departments, employees, and customers regarding pension-related questions.
Examples of tasks include:
- Administration and regulation of pension matters
- Control and payment of pensions
- Ensuring that correct information is registered and transferred to internal and external systems
- Handling pension issues related to applicable collective agreements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent administrative skills and works in a structured manner
- Has basic knowledge of collectively agreed occupational pensions, especially BTP1 and BTP2
- Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
- Thrives in a role with regulated processes and clear routines
- Communicates professionally and service-oriented via email and phone
- Has experience in administrative work, preferably in pensions, insurance, HR, or finance
- Has good system skills and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
