Quality Assessor for Resource School
Magelungen Utveckling is an employee-owned company that offers qualified treatment and change work for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Magelungen runs treatment and resource schools at primary and secondary levels. The goal is to create a context in the operations that is manageable, meaningful, and comprehensible. In all operations, research and evaluation are an integrated part.
Do you want to help ensure the quality of the resource school of the future – where students can grow, succeed, and feel hope?
About us
We believe in every child's right to education and equal schooling, regardless of individual circumstances. Our vision is to create hope and provide all students with good opportunities to succeed in school. We run resource schools for students with extensive support needs and treatment schools (where treatment efforts are integrated into the school environment), which means that the operations are led by both a principal and a treatment manager. Our operations are ideologically driven and employee-owned, a conscious choice that reflects our commitment and long-term perspective.
New assignment with us
We are looking for a quality assessor within the resource school, who can conduct a structured and comprehensive review of Magelungen's primary schools. The assignment aims to create a solid current picture of each school unit and to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development in the operations. Location Stockholm. Travel throughout the country.
Goals of the assignment
- To create a solid and nuanced knowledge base that provides a clear picture of the current situation and identifies development opportunities at each school unit.
- To produce a well-founded decision-making basis that creates good conditions for prioritizations, targeted actions, and, if necessary, in-depth analyses.
- To propose qualitative and systematic interventions that sustainably strengthen and support the continued development of the schools.
We are looking for someone who
- has experience and interest in working with students who have extensive support needs
- has experience in special education work
- has documented experience in quality work within schools

- We would also like you to have experience from the Swedish National Agency for Education, the Schools Inspectorate, SPSM, or similar.
We place great importance on personal suitability. You are curious with a salutogenic approach, have a high analytical ability, and can quickly create an overview and structure in complex contexts. You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and can present your conclusions in a way that supports decision-making and development. You work independently, are meticulous in your assessments, and have good judgment. The role also requires integrity, the ability to co-create, responsiveness, and the ability to build trust in meetings with different professions.
We offer
- A qualified and clearly defined assignment where you can contribute to the development of Magelungen's resource schools
- The opportunity to work independently with a clear mandate and access to relevant contacts and support
- An organization characterized by commitment, professionalism, and high quality
- Insight into and influence over central development issues in an ideologically driven and employee-owned operation where research and reflection are integrated parts
- A fixed-term assignment with a defined scope that creates good conditions for efficient and focused implementation
