As an HR Assistant at ENKV Assistans, you are an important part of our daily HR work. You work closely with our operations and support both personal assistants, team leaders, and clients. It is a varied role that combines daily personnel contact with structured administration.

- Administration of employment, personnel registers, and HR documentation.

- Support in personnel matters such as absence, leave, scheduling issues, basic labor law, etc.

- Administration in the time reporting system Aiai, including completions, controls, and support.

- Coordination of meetings, follow-ups, and internal HR processes.

- Continuous quality assurance, streamlining, and development of routines.

You are a structured, responsible, and service-oriented person who communicates well, collaborates easily, and thrives in a role where taking initiative and responsibility is a natural part of the work.

You will work in our HR team, which is part of an administration with a total of 12 close-knit employees – therefore, we are looking for not just someone with the right skills, but a colleague who contributes to the good atmosphere and community we cherish.

- Experience from personal assistance or the assistance industry.

- Experience in HR administration.

- Good system skills, especially in Microsoft 365 and Aiai (or equivalent systems), as well as some experience with AI-based tools.

- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
