The department you will belong to is an engaged development organization that delivers innovative robotic products and related digital solutions of the highest quality to customers in the professional segment. The work is carried out in focused and agile teams with exciting technology in several different areas. You will solve complex problems together with highly qualified colleagues from other disciplines while contributing to making the world a little more sustainable.

The team you will join primarily works with embedded software, where you will contribute with your knowledge, but you also have the opportunity to learn new things on-site. Examples of work areas include driver implementation, sensor optimization, motor control, robot behavior, application development, and much more. The programming languages used are primarily C and Python.

Most of the work is done in front of a computer at the office, but the role also includes some practical tasks. You might hold a screwdriver and open a robot to access and connect to a circuit board or perform functional tests outdoors. It’s an excellent opportunity to see your work come to life, both on the screen and in reality.

• Have a relevant university degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, technical physics, or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Have good knowledge of C and Python
• Possess fluent English skills, and if you are not fluent in Swedish, we would like you to be on your way to learning it

Work experience in embedded development is highly meritorious. If you also have experience with tools and techniques used in the work, it is also meritorious - C++, Linux, FreeRTOS, STM32, CAN buses, drivers, Azure DevOps, Docker.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The intention thereafter is that you will become a permanent employee of the company after 6-12 months.
