Since 1989, S:t Staffans parish has been running preschool activities with Axet – centrally located next to the parish hall in Staffanstorp – and Druvan – situated in a rural area by Nevishögs church. Together, Axet and Druvan have four age-integrated departments.

At Axet and Druvan, we create conditions for joyful and lifelong learning so that children can develop into their best selves. Play is prioritized as an important part of our pedagogical work, and we have varied learning environments. The preschool has its own kitchen, the majority of the educators are preschool teachers, and we ensure high quality in all aspects of our operations.

As an employee at Axet and Druvan, you work together with your colleagues both in your department and across the preschool to create a safe, educational, and developing environment for all children. You work according to current governing documents and actively contribute to the preschool's systematic quality development.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified childcare worker who feels joy in your role and is confident in your profession. You are positive, solution-focused, and have the ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are accustomed to taking responsibility and are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a childcare worker and if you have experience in conducting language development work in preschool based on AAC.
