We are looking for a senior strategic advisor with deep expertise in retail and business design. You will step in as expert support in a specialized business and work closely with management and project teams to ensure that the operational model, processes, and governance are designed based on industry practices and the business's conditions. The assignment combines strategic height with a clear focus on execution and value creation, including the connection between working methods and IT support.

• Ensure that the operational model, processes, and governance are designed according to industry practices and based on the business's conditions.
• Contribute expert knowledge in business design during the setup of the business and create a clear link between strategy, working methods, and IT support.
• Provide advice and coaching in critical decisions to minimize business risk and accelerate impact realization.
• Participate in the development of business rules, governance models, and structures for integrated planning.

• Senior strategic advisor with deep expertise in retail and business design.
• Experience in designing operational models and driving complex transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with management and project teams in the role of coach and expert.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to challenge and drive strategic discussions.

• Documented experience of similar change journeys with retail actors.
• Extensive expertise in Merchandise Financial Planning, assortment planning, and management of short life cycle assortments.
• Experience in defining operational models and business design and linking this to IT support.
• Industry insights and best practices from retail.
• Experience from specialized business and the ability to quickly understand the business and create value without a long ramp-up time.
