We are a growing staffing company in the care and support sector and are now looking for a Consultant Manager who wants to take a central role in our operations. About the role

As a Consultant Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for your part of the business. You work with recruitment, staffing, personnel management, and client relationships – in a role where structure, pace, and relationship building go hand in hand.

Your main responsibilities

  • Recruit, introduce, and match consultants in care and support
  • Lead, coach, and follow up on consultants in their assignments
  • Be responsible for staffing, quality, and delivery to clients & consultants
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with agreements, work environment, and quality
  • Work solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in staffing, sales, client responsibility, or similar
  • Thrives in a role with freedom under responsibility
  • Is communicative, structured, and confident in client dialogue
  • Is motivated by building relationships and creating results
  • Likes to take responsibility and be part of a smaller, engaged team

Experience in care, support, or social work is an advantage – but the right attitude and drive are just as important.
