ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Customer Service Agent within the Business Domestic team, you will be an important player in D&B's team working with risk and credit services. Your daily tasks will involve delivering first-class support to our corporate clients via phone, email, and chat.

This is a full-time consulting assignment through Academic Work during the first half of the year. For the right person, there are good opportunities to transition to a permanent position directly with Dun & Bradstreet thereafter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In the role of B2B agent, the goal is to create added value in every contact. You will proactively work to resolve customer inquiries and actively contribute to refining our working methods. An important part of the job is to build long-term relationships with customers, understand their business, and contribute to their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are handled in the best way. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Invoice inquiries: Explain charges, manage copies, and maintain close communication with our finance department.
  • Complaint handling: Investigate and manage order disputes professionally.
  • Product support: Guide customers in our digital services and printed products.
  • Relationship building: Through a deep understanding of the customer's business, you lay the foundation for long-term collaborations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience in service professions and is accustomed to working with various IT systems.
  • Is comfortable using the phone as a work tool.
  • Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment.
  • Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
  • Is driven to learn new things and thrives in a changing environment.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Experience in customer service within finance, banking, or credit

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, methodical, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. Since we work with financial information, it is important that you are structured and have an eye for detail.
