YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer responsible salesperson at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Your daily work is varied, with the following foundation:

  • Prospecting new customers
  • Handling cold and warm calls to customers
  • Identifying staffing needs with new and existing customers
  • Customizing solutions within staffing and recruitment for the customer, acting as an advisor to the customer's recruitment needs
  • Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily physically at the customer's location
  • Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility and push yourself for your own development! You take ownership of your work and are keen to motivate those around you to succeed together!

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driver's license B

Meritorious:

  • Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
  • B2B experience
