🏢 About the assignment

Our client is a larger organization within the public sector and is now looking for a Purchasing Administrator to strengthen its purchasing and procurement function. The assignment is intended to cover a vacancy during a leave of absence and includes ongoing administrative tasks.

📋 Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the purchasing unit with ongoing administration
• 
  
• Work with document management and filing
• 
  
• Perform administrative tasks in purchasing and property systems
• 
  
• Document and structure internal planning within the unit
• 
  
• Manage internal and external contacts
• 
  
• Provide administrative support in purchasing and procurement processes

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative work
• 
  
• Previous experience in a similar role
• 
  
• Experience with filing systems
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage many contact points
• 
  
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

⭐ Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Platina and/or eDok
• 
  
• Experience with purchasing systems, preferably Agresso Purchasing
• 
  
• Experience with procurement systems, preferably Kommers
